Spearmint Hydrosol

Mentha spicata

Spearmint Hydrosol

Spearmint Hydrosol is one of my favorite hydrosols. It's uplifting and smells fresh and minty.

I personally find it to be extraordinarily refreshing, uplifting and energizing without being as intense as Peppermint Hydrosol or the mint essential oils such as Peppermint or Spearmint. I keep a bottle in my fridge and enjoy misting it on my face when I'm hot or exhausted. I also ove it as a foot mist for tired feet.

Look to the citation from hydrosol experts Len and Shirley Price in the Uses and Applications section below for information on the potential benefits of Spearmint Hydrosol.
