Aromatherapy Body Powder Recipe

Ingredients:

• 30 drops Lavender or other desired essential oil(s)
• 4 ounces Arrowroot Powder or Cornstarch
• 4 ounce Body Powder Sifter Container

Directions: Add the Arrowroot Powder and/or Cornstarch to a large mixing bowl. Arrowroot Powder tends to be a little pricier than Cornstarch, but it offers a silkier feel. White Kaolin Clay is a clay that helps to absorb oil. If you have oilier skin, you may substitute up to 1/2 oz. White Kaolin Powder for the Arrowroot Powder/Cornstarch in this recipe. After you have placed your powdered ingredients into the mixing bowl, add the Lavender Essential Oil. Mix the essential oil into the powdered ingredients well. This blend may be adapted for use with your favorite essential oils, but remember to use only essential oils that are safe and beneficial for the skin. Package your Aromatherapy Body Powder in a Body Powder Sifter Container.

Instructions for Use: Apply as you would any other body powder. Avoid the eyes, muscous membranes, mouth, genitals and other sensitive areas of the body.
