Are Carrier Oils Gluten Free?
Most Carrier Oils are gluten free. Carrier Oils that are derived from botanical sources that do not produce gluten should be gluten free. I have been reading through a number of articles and forum posts online from those with Celiac Disease and gluten sensitivities. It sounds like the topical application of Wheat Germ Oil may negatively impact individuals who cannot tolerate gluten. I'm reading mixed information about the levels of gluten in Oat Oil, so if you're considering using this oil, do so with caution and verify gluten levels with your source prior to purchase.
