I wasn't aware of this charming little book until I received a review copy from the publisher. Reading through the information and suggestions for my astrological sign and for the signs of my loved ones proved to be quite insightful and entertaining.

In many cases, our personality characteristics can be directly correlated to our physical health. For instance, those that are constant worriers are more prone to heart and digestive issues. Taking it a step further, I can see how the common characteristics shared by those with the same astrological sign can potentially lead to similar emotional and physical health challenges.
