Astrological Aromatherapy is a 287 page book that acts as an introduction to both the field of astrology and aromatherapy.

Although I haven't read the book from cover to cover yet, what I have read within the book has been quite enlightening, and I look forward to reading Astrological Aromatherapy in much greater detail when time permits. The personality and physical descriptions outlined for each astrology sign are pretty spot-on in most cases.

I see this book being especially helpful to those that want a better understanding of astrology and what essential oils can best help them emotionally and physically based on their sun sign. I also see this book being especially helpful to those like me that already have a solid background in aromatherapy but are new to the field of astrology.

Although the basics of aromatherapy are presented within the book, this text doesn't cover everything the beginning aromatherapy enthusiast should know about essential oils and aromatherapy. For a deeper understanding of aromatherapy, be sure to read additional introductory aromatherapy books.
