Aromatherapy for Mind & Body is a 128-page book that skims a variety of topics. The book is written in an easy-to-understand format that should appeal to beginners .This book seems to try to cover a variety of topics, but it left me wanting or expecting a bit more info on each. This book abounds with recipes which is sure to please the lover of aromatherapy blends and recipes. One thing that concerns me is that there are references to research and studies within the book but there is no bibliography or credit to the source of these studies. The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy (known as The Fragrant Pharmacy in the U.K.) may be a better selection if you are seeking a book with recipes as well as more detailed information on a variety of issues and conditions. The Fragrant Mind may be a better selection if you are seeking a book that delves more into the psychological and emotional effects of essential oils.
